We treat Amazon as a profit channel. Most agencies don't.

Our entire operating model — pricing, reporting, hiring, AI stack — is built on that one position. This page explains what that means in practice.

The market is past the growth-at-all-costs era.
The agencies haven't caught up.

For a decade, agencies competed on revenue growth. ACoS down, TACoS down, ads scaled.

That era is over. CPCs are up, returns are up, tariffs shifted landed costs, the 181-day surcharge punishes excess inventory. Most categories on Amazon today net under 10% contribution margin.

An agency optimising for ACoS and revenue in this environment is destroying value. They book revenue and burn margin.

We optimise for net contribution. Margin minus marketing minus fees minus returns. The number that actually shows up in your P&L.

Every retained engagement has two components:

Fixed retainer.

Covers our base capacity — team time, tools, the day-to-day operations. Starts at €1,500/mo for Growth, scales with account size.

Variable compensation.

A percentage of the incremental net contribution we generate above a baseline we agree with you at onboarding. The percentage ranges from 3% (largest accounts) to 25% (smallest).

The variable structure is intentional. If we don't lift your net contribution, we earn no variable. If we double it, we share the upside.

We do not bill on ad spend. Ever.

The most underserved positioning in this market is cross-border. Brands going DACH→US or US→EU usually retain two agencies. Two contracts, zero portfolio view.
