Why we built Acumen Operators.
Simon Haugeberg spent two years inside Amazon's Vendor program, responsible for over €100M in annual GMV. He left to build his own brand — still live today, generating multi 7-figure annual revenue.
Eight years across Vendor Central and Seller Central give him a view most operators never get: both sides of the platform, from the inside.
Every brand owner he spoke to had the same complaint about agencies: revenue charts instead of profit, billing on ad spend that broke as CPCs rose, no cross-border capability.
